Maple Brussels Sprouts Sliders

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375° F
  • Melt butter over medium heat
  • Add the onion and cook for about 8 minutes until very soft
  • Add in minced garlic cloves and stir
  • Add brown sugar, Maple Guild Organic Grade A Golden Syrup, apple cider vinegar, chili powder and season with salt and pepper
  • Cook until the mixture is reduced
  • Toss halved brussels sprouts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  • Cook in 375° F oven for 20 minutes
  • Spread reduced maple jam on top of crispy bacon, add a slice of brie and stack in between halved brussels sprouts
  • Secure with toothpick and enjoy!
